PnH Tours was established in 2023 as a Taxi Rental and Shuttle company providing reliable, safe and sound transport services within and around Zimbabwe. PnH Tours’ vision is to become a national transport brand that all industry clients can identify with, and the rest of Southern Africa recognizes, which shall be achieved. As the founders and owners of PnH Tours, it is an extreme honor to be part of and the driving force of PnH Tours especially highlighting the fact that it has been our dream to bring this idea into fruition.

With so much inspiration surrounding us, our goal is to immerse our business operations in dynamic commercial and brand building strategies, with the aim to keep pace with and ultimately surpass our competition.

PnH Tours Staff:

An Operations Department is in place to maintain smooth running of business and an accounts department to ensure that accurate invoicing and statements are processed

Our Drivers:

All our drivers go through an intensive screening process before they can be appointed. The following criteria determines their appointment as PnH Tours drivers:
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid Defensive Driving Certification
• Valid ID Document
• Minimum level of education accepted – O’Levels
• Criminal Record – NONE
• Proven previous experience with references

Vehicles:

We have Two (2) Toyota Mini buses that we will be utilising for both Shuttle and Hiring Services.

Designated PnH Tours Pick Up Points:

We want what’s best for our clients, that includes ease of movement, comfort and assurance. As such, we shall ensure that our clients are picked up on time in branded PnH Tours vehicles.

PnH Tours Communications Department:

This is to oversee all grievances from clients and to maintain smooth running of pick up points. And also liaising directly with our monitoring team.

PnH Tours Inspection Team:

To implement that all vehicles are road worthy at all times. Thorough inspection of all vehicles on a daily basis, before they are dispatched for their daily duties.
